I began my fitness journey while serving in the United States Marine Corps. I didn’t like what I was looking at in the mirror and wanted to make a change. I started to lift weights, thinking I knew what I was doing.... Needless to say I did not. I attended, Vatterott College in 2012 for Personal Fitness Training and realized how important it is to perform movements perfectly. Over the years I have learned numerous training techniques and would like to share my knowledge with others.

My overall goal at Kruse Fitness is to help others feel better about themselves. Many people today suffer from depression and that usually has something to do with their physique. I want to show others how much working out can change your view on life. It’s amazing how much your mood can change after a good workout! There are too many people today taking their own life with battling depression. I want to help them battle through that by increasing their self confidence!
